The other type of stinky puppy butt...

Sorry, putting "Anal Glands" in the title just seemed wrong.

So I realize that dogs releasing their anal glands is completely normal, but our puppy releases it and releases it often....like when we are chilling on the couch.

I'm not asking how to prevent this, I'm just wondering if there was a way to reduce how often it's happening?  Can food be part of the problem (we feed her Fromm Puppy Gold)?  I read somewhere that Antlers could be contributing to it (She doesn't chew on it all the time, but every couple a days for 1/2 hour, 45 minutes).  Her poo is solid and normal (I read if it's soft they have issues emptying on their own).

Has anyone experienced this?

I'd prefer to not have to take her in to have her glands emptied all the time and I really don't want to do it myself.

Thanks in advance.
