This is so freaking random!
So, I love my OB. I went through a lot when I had DS and so we were back and forth quite a bit in the weeks after I had him.
Anywho, she also delivered DS.
I saw her 4 days ago for my annual exam. We talked about when I was going to TTC #2. She is due in 3 weeks with her #2.
We did not get our first choice house, but the second choice house (same house just not updated) - offer is in. We went through the offer paperwork to sign and I noticed the seller's name. Hmmm. It's the same name, but you know, it's not THAT uncommon of a name.
I saw the sellers signature. I happened to have my MMG order from her office on my desk and compared the signatures.
IT'S HER HOUSE! I start to put the pieces together- the way it's decorated is so her, the dog door, the underground fence, the owners "moved up", they bought this house the same year she moved here.
OMG. So random.
We just low-balled our OB. Awesome.

That's a pretty incredible coincidence!
That said, we bought our current house from someone that worked at my old company and, similarly, did not know it was hers initially.
