Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This is probably a dumb question, but I have no idea what kind of peppers those were in the recipe you posted for me the other day.  When i looked it up I found both fresh and pickled ones...I'm assuming I should use fresh, right?

  • I would say pickled.  I always get them off the olive bar at my grocery store. Theyre floating in some sort of oil.  I usually rinse and drain them before stuffing.  They have a sweet/spicy flavor that's nicely complemented by the rich goat cheese and nutty pine nut flavones.  That description sounded a little douchey.  They're real good.
