Given they are open to allowing transgendered kids into the Girl Scouts, I'm MORE inclined to buy cookies now.

Yep buying more GS cookies becausse of this.  Donating them to the troops because I don't want the cookies in the house.  So double karma points. What a nice change from the Boy Scouts.

That's awesome!  If we had ANY disposable income, we'd support GS this year too!  Only, I'd probably keep the cookies and send something else to the troops...  hey, this is my last pregnancy, let me eat my cookies!!!  ; )

This gives me the urge to buy more cookies, not less. I like that the GS are inclusive. 

And the boycott makes even less sense to me after reading that article. The transgender girl didn't even end up joining a troop, but just because the GS would have *let* her, people want to boycott? It's so hateful.

 It makes me a little giddy to be on the buying more of something that is yummy side of a boycott.

Totally going to get my Tagalong on   I wish people weren't so ridiculously hateful and passing such ignorance on to their own kids.

Exactly!  And from the footage, it looks like their packaging is more responsible, so that makes me happy, too.

Even if the GS did do something I strongly disagreed with, there is nothing so heinous on this planet that would ever make me stop buying Tagalongs.  N.O.T.H.I.N.G.  But I will definitely buy extras this year.
