In CO, when does something show as "sold" on the MLS websites...when it's under contract or after the closing or is it up to the realtor?
Just wondering b/c a house was showing as "Sold" on MLS/Zillow right across the street from us in November and was great for a comp for our neighborhood b/c it sold for more than purchased just 3 years before. Now it's showing as "for sale" again on Zwilow, but not on the MLS for the same price it was this past fall.
The assessor's website doesn't show a recent sale in November like was reported, so I'm wondering if the sale fell through and it's maybe back on the market.
