friend of ours is having a boy :-)
DH's best friend (lives in Tally) and his wife are pregnant -- just found out today (at 20wk u/s) that they are having a boy.
I am excited for them, but i wish they lived closer so we can see the baby more often (after he's born) plus they could probably use the help (they are not doing well financially) and DH could definitely afford to spend more time around babies!(since he has zero experience with babies and we plan to have one in a couple years)
and we all know i babies :-) this is NOT going to help by BOTB, esp when he's born :-P

Re: friend of ours is having a boy :-)
Does this help the BOTB? This was taken this morning before we headed out to see LeeAnn. Hehehehehehehehehehe.
Congrats to your friends!
Congrats to your friends! It seems like right now everyone is having boys. It will probably be back to girls when I get pregnant again. Which I would be fine with, but not so sure how my husband would take that...3 girls in the house!?!?!
And don't worry about your husband's lack of experience. Brian had never even held a baby before, but since I had a c-section and was in bed for 24 hours, he had to just jump right in. He did great! He really is the BEST dad.
I also agree with LeelaH that you have nothing to worry about with your DH! My hubby had no infant experience, and he took care of my son the first three days of his life since I was stuck in bed on a magnesium drip.
He'll do great when his time comes!
As for BOTB, just think of all the new moms who are up every few hours during the night while you are getting your straight 7 hours of sleep. haha
Steph,
no that does NOT help! He is such a cutie!!!!!!
Congrats to your friend!
DH didnt' have experience either and he is great with Lily. It's always different when it's your own anyways.... he was always reluctant to hold friends babies but he was holding her non stop and changing most of the diapers in the hospital! It's really amazing!
