I kept meaning to watch this show, but I always forgot to set it to record. So I've been watching reruns of the most recent season when they've popped up, and I could use some help filling in the blanks from the previous years. I realize that I will probably never understand the fantasy football stuff fully, but can anybody provide background for me? Clarification on what the Shiva is exactly (I understand it's the top prize for whoever wins their fantasy football league, but it's a person too?).

Re: The League
Past episodes/seasons are on Netflix streaming if you have that.
Shiva is a gorgeous ex(?) of the one dorky guy, the one that got away/the unattainable one. So, it's the grand prize. That's all I've got (they address it in the last episode of this season.) Someone keeps watching the streaming ones without me so I can't keep up.

It might be on hulu.
The married couple on that show annoys me.
This.
Shiva was the class valedictorian, or at least the nerdy girl, from their high school. If you look at the trophy (in Season 1), there's a photo of her. Then she gets attractive and randomly works with Andre. She subsequently dates him.
I am addicted to this show, and you should watch them (you can buy them on iTunes if you don't have Netflix). It's not sufficient to just read a description, trust me!

One would think.
I don't have an accurate explanation for you because I watched all the episodes out of order, whenever I could find them. The League is definitely in my top 3 of favorite shows. I'm not sure how much of that is my obsession with Ruxin, but there you go.

I think they all wanted her back in the day.
The trophy gets woven into the story and explained later (in the episode Shiva Bowl, I think, last ep of first season).

I think he was just doped up on meds from being in the hospital.
