Awkward long distance sex question

Obviously while I am here and he is there, neither of us are having sex. So, ladies who have done long distance before, how do you keep things...er...exciting. Notes, pics, dirty Skype calls?

I ask because 1) I'm starting to get antsy, which I'm sure will pass and 2) if you did pics or computer calls, how worried were you about the fact that there may be compromising images of you on the computer? 

The distance hasn't created any problems for us yet (ha! it's only been 3 weeks), and I don't expect that lack of sex will be an issue aside from the fact that we miss it.

So ya, share your long distance sex secrets.

We've done phone and text....stuff....but not Skype.  I don't like the idea of video.....

We did text messages, emails, phone calls, and while we were apart we would Skype for hours, sometimes entire days/weekends. Some of that may have been sexual, but we were of the agreement that neither would record or capture any of the Skype images without the permission of the other so there was no fear of reprisals on that score.

We did a couple skype calls and like one naughty photo by email, but in the end we weren't  comfortable with it online (I am always paranoid about cameras and the safety of the internet... I have to close the laptop before sex because I don't like the camera staring at me). Other than that, there were occasional naughty texts, but mostly just a lot of solo flying and a lot of makeup sex when we were back together.

 And some weekends I would leave Skype on for most of the day even if we weren't talking. At the end of our LDR we were leaving it on while we slept.

Same here. We were only long distance 3 months but it was a long 3 months! At first I was a little paranoid about video and the internet but I enjoyed it so much we kept doing it. Lol. I also wrote some rather suggestive emails. Good lck with it!

I was a little nervous about "performing in front of a camera," but it's really more of a trust thing than anything else. Definitely spell out the rules on when screenshots or recordings are okay, and when they're not. For his "Christmas present," I dressed up in lacy red lingerie and lounged around for a while before slowing removing a little bit at a time. (He asked if I'd be bringing his Christmas gift along next time I visit, so that he can unwrap it in person. ) Most of the time I just ask what he feels like doing, because I'm still a little too shy to make requests. It's definitely not the same thing, but I'm curious what things will be like next time we're together, since we've had to be so openly explicit about everything over Skype. ...And I've also learned that he really likes my overly-generous backside! Gotta love Brazilians.

On the non-sex front, we'll sit there in front of Skype while we're reading or working, and I often leave it on when I go to sleep (since I'm ahead time-zone wise). Usually Skype drops the call in the middle of the night, but sometimes I get to wake up in the morning to him "lying beside me." I find that it's actually kind of sweet.

Same here. Skype becomes your best friend when you're in a LDR. We also kept it on any time we were around the computer and while we slept.
