i got it from a big lots actually for 70. i walked in to see if they had party stuff and walked out with a steam mop lol

i like it a lot, i don't see a need for anything bigger or better, just the basic mophead is all i need.

I just got the Hahn Steam Mop and it's really great!  Previously had a Shark and I was not a fan of the pads.  This new one is so easy to use and works smoothly on all surfaces. Also comes with a carpet attachment to refresh and sanitize!

Thank you, ladies. I keep going back and forth between the shark and the haan.  I'm leaning towards the haan.  Anyone I know with a shark likes it but the online reviews are mixed where the haan typically has mostly positive reviews but I didn't know anyone that had one.  Now I do.    Thanks again.

anyone who says on the reviews "it's working but no steam comes out, what a piece of crap" just needs to soak the head in vinegar.  mineral deposits will form (just like in a warm mist humidifier) from minerals in the water. i have to do it with mine once a year or so. no big deal, there's nothing shark can do to avoid it short of installing a filtration system inside somehow.
