Need No carb suggestions....
We're probably heading to a friend's house tonight to watch football. I'd like to bring something edible....but they eat very low carbs...and they don't cheat ever. Aside from bringing a slab of beef (lol), I have no idea what to bring. I'm open to any and all suggestions....

cheese and pepperoni or salami. you can always bring crackers for you guys, and they'll be happy with just the cheese and meat.
veggie platter with ranch dressing to dip in. most ranches are 0 carbs.
I munch on tomatoes, carrots & cukes during football. We also do cheese/salami/pepperoni & crackers. You can add in some grapes, figs or apple slices to that.
Thanks for reminding me I'll have to run to the store tomorrow, lol.
