Help me pick an invitation please (updated)

I'm throwing my brother and his girlfriend a baby shower next month. They're having a boy, so the theme is a "Mustache Bash for their Little Man". I'm decorating in blue, brown, black, and white with mustaches and bow ties. I found these 3 invites on Etsy, and am trying to figure out which one to order.

This was my favorite at first, but the designer is charging a lot to make any customizations. I think it may cost too much

This is one that I like too, but I'm worried it looks too busy. But it can be customized.

And I think I like this one too, but the layout seems a little weird to me. I don't know why. But I think it can be customized too.

Anyway, do you have a favorite? Or hate all of them? Any suggestions on how to use the colors I chose? TIA!

ETA: Oh yeah, I forgot to say that #1 is just the file, so I'd have to print it. # 2 includes 12 invites. And #3 has an option to buy printed invites in addition to the design.

I like #1 and #2.

Perhaps the wording in #2 could be reworked and/or the names, address, and contact info could all be in one section. That way, it would look cleaner. I also feel there are too many different fonts and sizes, so simplifying them might make the invite look lighter.

ETA: I forgot to say I like the colors. The style of the invites remind me of the cowboy theme as well.

I really don't think that #3 does the theme any justice. The other two look really cute.

#2 is nice, but a little busy for me. I like #3 the best, except for the black diagonal stripes. If they were in brown it might work better for your theme.

What I don't like about #3 is how the slanted black and white lines on the border throw your balance off.  I like #2 the best, FWIW.  I agree that it looks busy, but I find it appealing regardless.

I like #2 best. 

I don't think #1 is special enough to warrant extra cost and, personally, I find it annoying that to read the text your eye has to go down, right, left, down, right, up...it's all over the place.

#3 is a little boring and I dislike the striped border.

Thank you all so much for your help! I went with design #2 and  had it customized a bit. I took out the "tickle our whiskers" bits and instead had both the mom and dad-to-be's names included on the invite.

 

I tried to take out the private info, so it's kinda sparse, but hopefully you can get an idea. I like how they turned out, and I'm excited to get the party started lol!
