As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hi ladies! I'm a reformed lurker (or I'm trying to reform, anyhow) so I wanted to introduce myself.
DH and I got married about 6 months ago and we've been house hunting for the last few months. We're in a good position - we've agreed on a price range that's far below what the banks want to give us, DP and e-fund saved up, and we're month-to-month on our apartment. We've got our target towns picked out and we've got similar tastes in design and an admittedly lengthy list of wants. We're open to an existing home but are also currently looking into a tear-down/re-build.
I am trying to be patient - at 32, I'm a bit eager to TTC in the next couple years - and enjoy the ride. I may post a few questions now and then and I'll certainly be reading all your threads with interest!
