Tonight - Crockpot Chicken Tacos w/ spanish rice and beans
M - Papa Murphy's Pizza with salad
T - Sloppy Joes with Tator tots and a veggie
W - Crockpot Chicken Stew with biscuits
Th - Homemade beef stroganoff with corn
F - Lasagna w/ bread sticks and salad
S - Out with friends
Ours is a lot of carryover from last week since we ended up doing fend for yourself a couple times and breakfast once. And DH will be gone 2 nights, so nothing planned for those nights, DD & I will do mac & cheese or pancakes or something like that.
S: Swedish meatballs & egg noodles
M: Buffalo chicken sliders, homemade salt & vinegar potato chips
T: teriayki tofu (for me) & steak (for DH & DD), rice, sugar snap peas. It's my b-day, so maybe cake, too
W: DH OOT, so something easy
TH: DH OOT
F: enchiladas, rice, corn
S: b-day dinner with my parents
No more baby siggie pics. Boo.
Tonight: Grilled Tilapia with lemon steamed broccoli and brown rice
M: Egg white omelets with mushrooms, green onion, and goat cheese and probably turkey bacon or soy sausage
Tu: Portobellas stuffed with spinach pesto and mozzarella, red quinoa, and grilled asparagus
W: Vegetable Chowder & Cheddar, Green Onion Muffins
Th: Goat cheese & veggie fettuccine
F: Miso honey glazed salmon with fruit and nut couscous
S: Asian Fank steak with roasted butternut squash and parm sauce
Sunday: Leftover baked spaghetti for DH and G, I'm going out with friends
Monday: Pepperoni and mushroom calzones and salad
Tuesday: Hot ham, cheese and sauerkraut sandwiches, broccoli and rice
Wednesday: Pizza soup, bread and salad
Thursday: Leftovers
I may switch a few days around but here is the plan
S- Baked chicken pesto with garlic potatoes and asparagus
M- dinner with the west side nesties, DH and DD will probably eat the rest of the baked oatmeal from last week.
T- Choclate chip oatmeal pancakes with bacon and eggs
W- Chipotle sausage and veggie crock pot soup with garlic bread sticks.
TH- Project Runway night- Quick leftovers
F- Grilled lemon pepper chicken with asparagus and smashed potatoes
S- Creamy mushroom chicken in the crock pot over quinoa with roasted brussel sprouts.
We ended up w/ 2 similar meals because last week's menu leaked into this week! The lasagne ravioli lasted like 4 nights. Oh well.
Tonight - Tuscan Steaks w/ salad and maybe rice (left over Dream Dinner)
Mon & Tues - crockpot cilantro lime chicken (really will make it this week)
Wed & Thur - crockpot stroganoff
Fri & Sat - cheesy chicken and rice bake

Wedneday - coconut chicken and pineapple skewers with brown rice
Thursday -leftovers for me. N will be at his dad's house.
Friday - Chicken parmigian and pasta with sauce.
Saturday - veggies, cheese, crackers, & birthday cake.
Sunday - chicken fried steak, potatoes, veggies.

It's pretty meat-heavy, but almost all of it is from meat we've had socked away in the freezer.
