Granite recs

Can anyone recommend a good granite place?  DH and I plan on re-doing our counter tops at some point this year and have checked out a few places to get estimates.  We went to Home Depot and Lowe's and decided we definitely weren't going to use either of them.  We went to a local place and thought their prices were reasonable but we are saving cash for the project so we didn't pull the trigger right away.

We saw an ad in the paper today for a "New Year's Blowout Sale" so we drove up to see if their "50-80% sale" was cheaper than our original estimate.  It ended up being at least 3-4K more expensive.  The salesperson was not forthcoming about prices at all so we finally gave her our original estimate and asked if they could do better with their sale.  She laughed in our face and then tried to convince us to finance the project.  When we told her we were cash only people she couldn't get away from us fast enough.

After this experience we have a sour taste in our mouth.  The salesperson was telling us how misleading the first place was and how she hated places like that.  Now we're wondering which place is more accurate.  The original place came in about 1-2K cheaper than HD depending on which granite we went with.  The second place is coming in way above HD.

Can you recommend another place for us to check out?
