He's in Panama for a conference that he's speaking at.
He just emailed me the following:

Do you hate him?! I hate when DH does that (well, not hate, just completely jealous).
He gets to go to some pretty awesome places. He has a lot of international travel, right?

just kidding. kind of.
I know, right?
Last week he was in England and I wasn't so jealous. He stayed on the beach in the Dominican last year. And he went to Thailand a couple of months ago and his pictures were AMAZING.
He works for a medical device and pharmaceutical company as a quality engineer. He basically comes up with the program/plan to implement changes required by the FDA.
When he goes to cool places, he is usually meeting with other corporate employees about his programs. But he also does audits and manufacturing site visits which are in suburbs of places like Denver, Philadelphia, etc. And they have a manufacturing site in Tijuana that he was visiting pretty often last year.
I didn't realize he did so much international travel, LadyE. I would be totally jealous, even if it is for work.
I am jealous sometimes. Definitely today is one of those times haha
Do you ever tag along? I had hoped to tag along on a trip of DHs before we had DD when he actually went to a cool place but it never worked out. His job sounds really interesting!
The nice perk of a traveling husband is airline/ hotel points though!
We have been researching vacations and were going to try for something for this month, but then we sold the house and didn't book anything (thankfully, since the move ended up being this month). But we could book a two or three pretty fantastic week-long vacations and not pay for hotel or flights. He has so many points, it's ridiculous. I just need to suck it up and leave DS overnight. We're going to start working on that after the move haha.
