My SIL is officially in labour and has had her epidural. Waiting for little nephew's arrival with bated breath!

Eeee! That is very very exciting!!! Does SIL live close? If so, I'm sure little nephew and little raspberry will have lots of fun playing together!
Have you announced your pregnancy to your family, yet? If not, when/how do you plan to...if you have, what did you do/how did it go?!
We announced to immediate family at Christmas with a frame. The frame said something like "Grandchildren are the spice of life" and we included pictures of all the current kids (and a u/s pic of the baby being born today) and used a stork graphic and text saying...arriving late august 2012 for our little rock (that's what I call it cause my belly feels like a rock).
It took my mom way longer than it took MIL. Which was weird cause hers had just kids pic, not the u/s. My brother's wife started jumping up and down and I think my brother hugged me so hard I passed out a little. DH's family figured out within seconds why I was so irritated that the 2nd brother couldn't make it to Christmas.
It shall be an interesting ride with 2 new babies this year, the next closest children are 5 or older. All from the same family so I'm expecting some friction over the "babysitter" already. I guess we'll just have to see how it all goes. The baby for today is about 3 hours away and my MIL is already on her way down to help out.
