Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How would I do this?
I found this pic on a google image search and was wondering if there was anything special you'd have to do for this... special liquid, special paper, whatever.
Unfortunately the blog that had it posted doesn't have any info, it refers you to the blog that they found it on, but I can't find it on that blog to try to track it down.
any ideas?
