I broke my dogs...

It has been a bit since our last off leash playtime and our short walks haven't been cutting it.  We finally got out for two and a half hours of pure running and it is just what the corgis (and me) needed.  They haven't moved for hours and there has been peace.  I love broken dogs!

  • "A tired dog is a good dog!" Truer words have never been spoken! Yay for quiet doggies!

  • Awesome! It's amazing how well they can really, really wear themselves out with some good off-leash time.

  • Where do you take them for off leash time? a regular dog park? I'd like to take Pasco somewhere other than the dog park for off leash time but don't know where else to take him.  He's been acting like a brat lately at the dog park.

  • DH's 12-yo half-sister stayed with us this weekend, and she took the dogs in the backyard and wore them out.

    It's been a beautiful (quiet) evening, dog-wise.

Don't get me started with Mabel and Leonidas. They broke other things (ahem, the light bulb in my lamp) during kitty zoomie time.

We took them to an empty baseball field.  We have found one that is fully enclosed and does not have animal restrictions.  It is pretty nice because they are able to romp around and not have the chaos of other dogs.
