We've had some people go through, no offers. We had to say no to several showings last week when we were all sick, the market seems to be picking up a bit lately, winters usually pretty slow in general and the housing market isn't great to begin with. DH doesn't have a new job yet, so we're not desperate to sell, we've already dropped the price lower than we want so we're sitting until he gets a new job and we need to go
