  • Tonight: Had a pre-made fresh meal from fresh'n'easy... chicken verde with brown rice and veggies

Tomorrow: Salmon, brown rice and either asparagus or brussel sprouts

Wednesday: either chicken in red sauce (like an enchilada sauce) with brown rice and veggies or crockpot turkey, rice and veggies (I have asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, peppers, etc).

Thursday: Whichever one I do not cook on Wednesday

Friday: Probably leftovers or if there is salmon/chicken leftover

Saturday: Going to see WICKED in Hollywood so dinner will be out

Sunday: Not sure... might have a date and go out or probably chicken and rice or something.

Here's something I am kind of excited about. I bought a whole turkey for $8 and am going to season/herb it up and cook it in the crockpot all day one day. It'll be dinner one night and Then cut it all up for sandwich meat. I'm so tired of the expense and "eh"ness of lunch meat so I'm going to cut up some real turkey for sandwiches and freeze half of it for later. It's really economical and super yummy! :)

  • Monday-we went to Chili's

    Tuesday-Pepperoni Crescent Rolls (Thanks, Pinterest!)

    Wednesday-Ravioli Bake

    Thursday-Hamburger Helper

    Friday-Steaks, mashed potatoes, pretzel rolls

    Saturday-TBD

Nice!  $8 is crazy cheap for a turkey.
