hi there!
Hope all is well! We are considering moving back "home" and I was curious if there was a website where teaching jobs in the area are posted. I know further north (saratoga county) uses a site but I am looking for something (read: anything) so I'm happy to go to Albany/Troy/etc. especially since I have taught in inner city DC for a few years now.

I know...it's a really tough situation since we want to move and buy a house but without a job for me, that makes things difficult. My brother and his fiancee have been in the job hunt for almost 2 years now (but I think they are a bit too picky about locations) and I'm just happy to be anywhere. Sigh...in a perfect world, it wouldn't cost so much to live in DC and I'd move my whole family here. Jobs aplenty!
I have! I actually am a Title I reading teacher (small group instruction) so it seems like something I would enjoy but I just worry about the hours. I'm also thinking of taking the plunge and opening my business full time once we move - we'll see!

Yeah - crazy how time flies by. The wine tour seemed like it was last summer.
I wish I could quit my teaching job to work full time on quilting and such. For now, it'll remain a hobby/side job - insurance and a regular paycheck are more important lol.
