ugh, I hate to fess up, but I probably need to. I sucked hard core last week. It was the week from hell and I was PMSing like crazy.
I only worked out once last week. My veggie intake was pretty sad. I didn't eat anything from like halfway thru Wed til Thursday afternoon due to work crazy. Then portion control pretty much went out the window. There was a large amount of alcohol consumption, in addition to dessert. We did eat vegetarian last week, so I guess I can count that one. Also have a vegetarian dinner planned for tonight.
How did you do with your goals? Can't be any worse than me....

soda - I've caved twice.
working out - I cannot seem to find the time that works best for me. If I do it right after dinner I get nauseous. If I wait until El goes to sleep I'm exhausted halfway in. Next I'm going to try getting up earlier but lord knows how that will go. We are planning to buy a treadmill though so perhaps that will make it easier.
eating - I'm doing good here. Portion control is getting easier for me and I find that I'm getting full on less food. I've managed to cut back on sweets substantially (although I did just order 6 boxes of GS cookies - I SWEAR I'm going to freeze some of them.) Budget strains are keeping me from eating out which is a good thing. We are doing vegetarian tonight (portabello parmesan - we did caesar salad last week instead.)

Not a good week here either.
Jon won a 2 liter of dew from bowling on Saturday night so that is now gone, plus we watched the Packer game with friends on Sunday where there was more soda and junk food.
We got stuck in my parent's side yard on from the snow, so I was hurting pretty bad and haven't worked out since early last week.
Ugh, I need to pull this together.
My only goal was to get a weekly workout schedule and stick to it. Second week = success. I started my third week last night.
This is the longest I have stuck with a regular workout schedule in 8 years.
Im not trying to lose weight, I dont even know what I weigh. I just would like to be in better physical shape.
I am trying to drink more water too, which so far I have been unsuccessful at. I did add Crystal Light to my water today and I thought of SW2B. *snicker*
Thank the gods, I'm not the only one...

It makes it so much better, y'all! Water makes me throw up! Put chemicals in your water! DO IT!
I'm doing moderately.
I have had soda twice in the last week- once this weekend while furniture shopping because the lemonade, fruit punch and water spigots were all out at the restaurant (wtf) and once this morning when I drank 12 glorious ounces of Diet Dr. Pepper because I came to work extra early.
Still no working out. Achilles rupture medicine ends Sunday, so I can go back to working out in 6 days.
We ate out too much this weekend- Chik Fil A and Burger King on Saturday and Chipotle on Friday. I ate grilled chicken and no fries at the first 2, and we were out furniture shopping, so I'm considering it as acceptable as it gets.
I guess there's room for improvement for everyone this week.
