My poor baby has RSV- vibes please :(

I posted the other day that she threw up and thought it was the formula but in fact it was post nasal drip that caused the vomit because she now has a full on cold which is RSV, she had 102 fever last night. the good news is that we went for a chest X-Ray and it was clear so no pneumonia or bronciolitis but she is going to take albuterol for 10 days. We have her naming party planned for this Sunday, the Dr. said it will be fine to take her but to not let others hold her. Please send vibes that she gets well fast. I hate that she is sick at such a young age. Last night was awful but right now she seems happy for the first time since Sunday.

i feel ya. cole is sick and they diagnosed him with broncholitis on friday. nebulizer treatment in the offce and an inhaler came home with us. he's better and they say his lungs are clear now. but they said it will take 7-10 days to get it all out of his system. but thankfully he's had no fever and not alot of throwing up.

i am glad her spirits are better and hang in there. i think she'll be ok by sunday. poor kiddo

RSV sucks- Gibby had it and he still has effects that are from it (or b/c he has cough variant asthma, he was more susceptible to the RSV, who knows)... but since she is not hospitalized it's good - b/c it can get really bad.... hope she's feeling better fast! And that you get some sleep!
