As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

PW strikes again!!!
Because I am going blind looking at and applying for jobs. Tailoring my info to best highlight the skills that match the requirements for that job, pouring over wording in my cover letters so it doesn't feel "stale".
I know I am far from the only one who feels this way around here, but I work so._damn. hard. on these things, and I feel like it matters about as much as if I rolled down my window and tossed my resume out as I was driving down University each morning.
I know, I hate to be a whiny downer, and I swore I wasn't going to let this keep getting to me - but COME ON... momma needs a nibble.
I would so LOVE to start out a week not feeling hopeless about all of this.

I really hope you hear something good and I'm glad that you continue to try even if you feel a little fruitless in your search (can I say that?)
Oh and maybe once when you don't think you'll get it, just put something crazy in your resume or response to questions like..."I rock out to Prince when facilitating meetings"...just to catch their eye.
