Help with Miami

Hi Nesties,
Hoping that some of you can give me some recs for an upcoming Miami trip. (I haven?t been since the days of my fake I.D..) I'm going with my BFF at the beginning of Feb and we're staying at The Hotel of South Beach for two nights and one night at Marriott Key Largo Bay. Any experience with these hotels/areas? Basically, we just want to chill, eat some good food, sit by the beach with a cocktail (or four), and avoid any unce, unce clubs. Also, any idea what the weather will be like? It's freezing my face off in NYC right now, so above 50 would be fantastic.
Finally, what do the lovely ladies of Miami wear? I'm imagining bright banded dresses and tans - neither of which I own.
