I have a question about that CEO of One Management- Scott Lipps. I'm trying to figure out what is going on with his face. I mean, he's not a bad looking guy but I think he's gotten botox or something because his face seems...frozen? Does he have an upper lip implant or something? I'm not asking to be mean, there is just something "off" that I can't pinpoint... or maybe I'm the one that's off!

ITA! I'll just be honest (and mean)- I do find it funny that his name is Scott LIPPS and he has such an odd mouth. I do think it looks like he's had a lip implant or something just because his lips look a lot like Taylor Armstrong's from RHWBH.
I just Binged 'Scott Lipps before all the botox' and this image came up:
It says it was taken in 2009 but I think he looks so much younger here.
