In a rotisserie chicken rut
Generally, we cut it up as is and serve with side dishes
I feel like something different tonight to use it up but don't have a lot on hand
We ate beef tacos last night and used up most if the cheese, so not enough cheese left to turn leftover chicken into quesadillas tonight and I don't want to add seasoning for chicken tacos
Dont have all the ingredients to make stir fry, lacking sherry for sauce and variety of veggies
No pizza dough to make pizza or calzone

What about salad with chicken and feta or a chicken caesar salad? Shred up the chicken and add a little BBQ sauce and make pulled chicken sammies?
you all have better pantries and fridge staples than me! lol!
i seriously do not have the ingredients to make most of these suggestions.
What DO you have? I'm sure we can make a meal if we know what you actually have on hand instead of what you don't have.
Well, this is what I did: chopped up done chicken and tossed in pan with olive oil, added a small amount of leftover broccoli and chopped and added the three leftover baked zucchini sticks, sauteed for a bit then added the 1-2TB of sherry left in the bottle, some soy sauce, half cup chicken broth, garlic powder and hanfdul if frozen peas and covered it for a few minutes.
Heated leftover fried rice and made some pasta since not enough rice. Reheated leftover garlic bread.
Decent meal - no one complained!
