Baby Update

We went for our 12 week checkup yesterday, it was only my second appointment and the first time DH had come with me.

Everything seemed great! It was a quick little visit (I actually think DH was suprised how little was done). Weight, blood pressure, pee in a cup, and the doctor used the doppler to pick up the babies heartbeat. At first he couldn't pick anything up but then there it was! As he said "hear that, its the choo choo train". DH was about to crack up at that but held it in. He was actually super excited to hear the heart beat.

We have our NT scan on Thursday, and I can't wait to see the little one again! Please send me your T's and P's that everything checks out alright at the scan!

YAY so exciting!! I hope the scan on Thurs goes well! Will you get a 20week ultrasound as well? I can't remember if you are team green or if you are finding out.

Yay! Glad to hear baby is sounding healthy. Hopefully baby looks just as healthy during the NT scan. Sending up some prayers that all goes well!

It seems so weird how just getting to hear the heartbeat is such a sigh of relief!!! Hope the NT scan goes well. We didn't have one, so I have to wait until next month to see the baby...ugh, it is KILLING me!!!

Oh the planner in me definitely needs to know if it is a boy or a girl. I'm not very good at suprises, so I can't wait to find out!
