So Yoplait greek PLAIN yogurt says 1 point per serving and power food in the WW system but when I plug in the numbers to the calculator it says 3. I am going with 3 but it seems weird since chobani plain is 2. I'm going back to buying chobani because it tastes better anyway but why does it say 1 point and power food?
Re: WW members question
i was just reading an article about how yoplait has nothing nutritious in it.
Here it is http://www.dietsinreview.com/diet_column/01/packaged-foods-falsely-marketed-as-weight-loss-aids/
serving size is different?
interesting. It tastes like crap too so I'll be going back to chobani. It doesn't have the sugars because I bought the plain, not the kind with the sugars and fruit on the bottom but it is gross! Not sure why yoplait is considered a power food and chobani is not. I couldn't even finish my 3 points worth
nope same size- weird. I feel like they made a mistake lol
