Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I took advantage of their last promo. I ordered on the 9th and my order still hasn't even shipped even though I've been charged for it. I'm sure they received tons of traffic, but 9 days to process an order is ridiculous. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

I placed my order on the 9th too, and I haven't even been charged yet. And when I check the order status, it says "ship date 1/9/12," but status is "shipping." Which is better than last week, when it said "initializing," or something strange like that.
But I did read on the F&B board that someone said they were told it would take up for 4 weeks for their order to process because of the high volume of orders.
There was a note on their site that day that orders would take a while to ship for the promo. It sucks, but you'll get it eventually.
Last time they did a free promo, mine shipped in about two weeks and I got it just a couple of days after shipping.
