I didn't want to hijack the HDBD post about the blanket but I wanted to tell you the story of it.
My Mom used to crochet blankets for all the new babies in our family. She made my cousin a big long one (the one pictured) for her twins. They were sharing a crib at the time so they didn't need two. Fast forward almost 4 years to my baby shower and this is what I opened.

and then this is what happened.

I had automatically recognized it because I helped her make it. It was (and still is) super special for me because I always had that thought in the back of my mind that Lucas wasn't going to have a blanket made by his Nanny. I can never thank my cousin enough for giving us the blanket back-it means the world me to me and something I'll cherish for forever!
Re: **Tara**
That is super sweet! Your cousin is super thoughtful.
When Lucas grows up and decides he wants to do what is right and become a Jayhawk, him and Parker can share a dorm room!
This made me laugh! lol
Edgar is too funny!
Parker and Lucas will be in the same class afterall!

Maybe it's just my crazy pregnancy hormones, but I'm totally sitting here crying after reading that! So, so sweet! I'm so glad Lucas has a blanket made by his Nanny.
