have a ton of sriracha--what to make with it?

i bought it to make homemade chicken fried rice. but we have a HUGE bottle of it and it's just sitting in the fridge. any ideas? i started to google the other day but got sidetracked and here we are...

Skinny Taste uses it a LOT in her recipes. There's a pork tenderloin recipe that I just came across that uses it. It looks good!

I put it in my shrimp fried rice all the time!

I use it on blue cheese burgers, but one of my favorite recipes is to put it and butter in a skillet, cook on low to melt the butter, then add raw (defrosted) shrimp and cook until the shrimp is pink. I serve that over quinoa or couscous. So easy and reeeeeally good.
