Talk to me about 2 year molars....
DD has been a mess this week- cranky, waking at night, whimpering in her sleep (when she does sleep), low grade fever, stuffy, some coughing, etc.
I keep trying to feel in her mouth but she won't let me.
I'm thinking it's her teeth but she also told my mom that her ear hurts.
Anyone have similar experiences with their kids and these teeth??.... thinking I may take her to the ped to check her ears just to be safe
Re: Talk to me about 2 year molars....
DS got his around Thanksgiving (so 2 years 3 months) and he was a whiny, cranky mess and he whimpered in his sleep and didn't eat well. He also had a postnasal drip and nasty cough from all the saliva -- and he started chewing on all his toys again!
I did end up taking him to the pedi due to the cough, but it was just a nuisance. He cut 3 of the 4 at once.
His 4th and final 2-year molar popped out last week, but it didn't bother him. I'm so glad he's done with teething.
DS cut all 4 at once the week before his second birthday.
I found what helped the most was brushing his teeth with the spin brush he has. He would let me get his very back teeth and I think the vibrating and the brush helped his gums feel better.
Good luck, you're at the end of teething!
