Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dr Low.  He was in and out of the exam room 4 differnt times and seemed frazzled.  I am more annoyed that they booked us knowing the boy's ages...but i would have thought he would have looked at ears nose and the throat at least...

  • I am so sorry.  We had such a good experience with him.  And Billy has been so healthy since he had his surgery.  I feel bad that I recommended him!!!

  • Don't feel bad!  I respect your opinion...I am sure surprised that they waited until after i had to re-schedule twice, the took the paperwork, pictures, made us wait 45 minutes, and took the co-pay before telling us he does not do tubes on children anymore...at any point they could have said "Sorry, there was a mistake..." or did he just make the decision yesterday after they called to confirm the appt?  It's just so...weird...

  • That is just weird.  We haven't been there in like 2years.  He was good with Billy and great with referring us for hearing and speech evaluatioons.  I hope I didn't lose my Dr Becz or Planet Kids Hair points!
