I posted this in Travel as well, but I know many of you have stayed in Key West. What I'm looking for is a hotel, motel, guest house to stay in. My friend and I are going for her 30th in April. Any suggestions would be great!
Re: Key West
I stayed at an awesome place in Key West a few years ago - Sunset Key, its a little private island off KW - I think its a Hilton property. Its nice, but pricey!!
I'm jealous too. I love Key West! We've stayed at the Knowles House a few times and really liked it. Both times we had different poolside rooms on the 1st floor. It's not a full size pool though - just a splash pool - but I doubt you'll spend much time in KW sitting in the pool. From our experience they were much more reasonably priced than places really close to Duvall St.. It's not very far from Duvall St. though and the owners go out of your way to help you book attractions.

For things to do, I would check out a drag show at La Te Da (they have a dinner package as well), go to Hemingway's house and Truman's house, rent jet skis, go to the pirate museum, have breakfast at Blue Heaven and just wander around and drink.
I couldn't leave M that long!
