Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Wow, Zulily customer service, amazing. Purly amazing.

I have heard great stories about their customer service- but have never needed to contact them... no issues with anything I have purchased (which is a LOT).

But a jacket I got yesterday, while I loved it and it was fine mostly - the inner pull string pulled right out when I went to tighten it... I asked them if they could refund a small amount to put towards the cost of having someone fix it (needs stitching I can't do b/c of the location of it).... and they refunced me the FULL price of the jacket  + an extra $10 zulily credit!

I feel guilty... well not that guilty- since ih ave spent a small fortune there this year, lol.

but wow!

If you don't know about this site (you live under a rock... j/k)... it's fantastic items on special deals for a few days - usually GREAT prices.  all kid, house and mom related.
