AW! Bought a house today!!!
We closed on our home today. Super excited and terrified that now we have two mortgages since we kept the condo, but so ready to move on with our lives and have more space and possibly have another baby.
Now on to renting the condo, moving and decorating!

Congratulations! We are about 45 days out from the same - new (to us) house and renting our old house. We have a contract accepted and an inspection on Monday and then it's on to underwriting and such - I hope your process went smoothly.
Have you been decorating the house in your mind for awhile? I've been pinning all sorts of remodel and decorating ideas with each room in mind and it hasn't even been a week since our contract was accepted.

Our process went pretty smoothly actually. And yes I have been having things in mind for the new house and been pinning like crazy! Now I have to get it all going and start buying. I'm pretty sure as we decorate we will have to eat ramen for the next few months to pay for it all!
