He thinks it went well! There was a little bit of a mishap getting there - the secretary who set everything up gave him the wrong address to go to (we think she gave him her home address!!!), so he got lost, in the blizzard, trying to get there. But the head of the department was awesome and helped him get to the right place, so he was only about 3 minutes late. He said the panel went well, he thinks he did fine on the written test, and then he led about 20 mins of a group. He was supposed to lead a full group but the facility lost power! But he really liked everyone, and he thinks they liked him too.
We'll find out today - they have 2 more interviews today, and the head woman told him they would make a decision by end of day today (!). And if he's offered the job, he starts on January 30th for their academy, which is crazy.
Thanks for asking - I'm terrified that we might be moving in a week, but he's super excited.
