Microsoft Publisher

Anyone used/familiar with this program? I have never used it. I do well with most Microsoft products and am a quick learner. Do you think this is an easy one to pick up? Any websites or suggestions on where I could go to get a tutorial or practice? TIA!
My beautiful girls: Hadley 9.28.06, Emmerson 11.29.08 and Pilar 2.07.11, born premature at 33.3 weeks.

Re: Microsoft Publisher

  • It's pretty simple to use, but you can pretty much do the same stuff in Word or Power Point if you're more comfortable with those.

  • I've used it quite a bit - we build out a lot of sponsorship proposals in it. It's pretty easy to pick up and if you're comfortable with Mircrosoft in general, you should be fine. I'm happy to help if you need it!

  • I use it all the time, to create flyers, newsletters, signs, invitations, etc.  I think it's super easy and I taught myself how to use it years ago.  If you use any of the draw tools in Word, it's really similar.  But you have a lot more control for moving stuff around and arranging things.

Happy to help anytime if you have questions.

  • Yeah - it's very user friendly.  If you know Word, you know Publisher.
