after a m/c- gas issues (sorry TMI)

I'm not sure if this is gas or my uterus going back to normal (though I don't know how much it stretched since it was so early). But I have major gassy/ crampy-ness. And some bathroom issues.

I asked the nurse about it when I went to get my bloodwork today and she said if its gas and bathroom issues the "those are two different parts, honey"  Well, yea, I know that I'm not an idoit- but I swear I'm gassy. Anyone experience this?

Re: after a m/c- gas issues (sorry TMI)

  • I don't remember any gas problems after my m/c.  Sorry.

  • Only after childbirth. I'm sorry. :(

  • well she's a jerk b/c it could be gas... and it doesn't mean it's not related. our bodies do odd things.

after a c/s often the worst pain is from gas - not even the incision... and it IS related to the c/s... and yeah, it's still 2 different parts.... so screw her.

take some anti-gas meds and see if it helps. It might be a combo of things... stress, too, can cause stomach issues...

i'm sorry you have all that added on to it.

I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

  • I'm sure it could all be related. The hormones of pregnancy slow everything down and after giving birth things get sluggish too so I would imagine after a m/c that there could be some issues there too. I'm sure all the stress and worry over everything could be affecting your system too. Hope you feel better.
