Currently as it stands, it's two pages. I also switched industries with a minor alteration in career path (as in I used to do investment banking, then left investment banking to work in the finance/accounting office within industry).
Basically it looks like what I outlined below. Each new position was a promotion up with a change of title, department, and/or duties. I want to be able to condense it. For company B, for example, can I just write "Company B, 2002-2007" and then summarize it without putting in my titles/position (since I've had several)?
Company A 2001-2002
Company B
Position 1, 2002-2005
Position 2, 2005-2006
Position 3, 2006-2007
Company C
Position 1, 2007-2008
Position 2, 2008-2009
Position 3, 2009-2010
Company D
Position 1, 2010-2011
Company E
Position 1 , 2011-present
Re: How do I condense my resume?
IMO yes, you can condense it. You can say, for example:
Company C, 2007-2010
Bulleted accomplishment for position 1, something saying were promoted to position 2, accomplishments showing you were promoted to Position 3
Our little Irish rose came to us on March 5, 2010
