Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I filled out our application this morning and got an email that it was received. In the email, it said I would hear from someone within 48 hours. Yay! I'm so excited! We told the kids about us getting another dog (because we decided that even if for some reason this one doesn't work out that we'll keep looking...but I have a good feeling about it 
) and they are thrilled! I'm taking them to the library in a little bit to get some books about dachshunds!
