Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My wife(partner) and I are looking to buy a house!!
We are first time home owners and we both have very different tastes. Our nephew may be moving in with us, but he wants to be close to his friends and his school. Its all very confusing and Im not too sure whose opinion matters more.

We are about to be in the same boat, minus a nephew moving in. While we haven't done it yet, I'm sure that the best advice would be to just communicate and compromise. I would never buy a house with something in it that I absolutely hate but I'm sure I could always compromise on something small. Luckily, all my wife cares about is the kitchen. She couldn't care less about the rest of the house as long as it has a nice kitchen that she likes
You can always drive your nephew to school or friends if you find something right out of the district.
