Singing Fisher Price praises
I contacted FP customer service using their online chat the day after Christmas. Our cat had chewed through the string on the Cranky and Flynn Save the Day play set (Thomas) we got Gavin for Christmas and I wanted to know how to repair the crane. Turns out it can't be repaired but they offered to send us a new one free of charge despite the damage being completely our own fault. We received instructions for packaging and mailing just the crane and were told we would get a new crane. The box has been sitting here for a couple days and we finally had a chance to open it this morning. It's a whole new play set! I'm feeling pretty pleased with FP right now
