help diagnose a rash on Owen's face (pip)

he woke up with it. his bed and pajamas were soaked with pee from his diaper. i'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, like if his face in contact with it for a long time and it caused a reaction. he also always sleeps with his lovey touching his face on this side. said lovey is getting a "bath" in the washing mashine on the hottest setting with bleach. just in case something on the lovey cause the rash. i gave him a bath and he's no complaining, but it hasn't gone away. no fever, no cold, no cough, or new foods.

and yes i will call the ped if need be, but i'm hoping someone here has seen this before and can give me some insight.

Reminds me of when Billy would get eczema.  Do you have Eucerin or Aquaphor?  I would try that.

i don't have eucerin or aquaphor, i don't think i even have vaseline. i have to look. i have diaper rash cream.

Personally I wouldn't put anything on it, I would give him benadryl.

thanks ladies, i didn't put anything on it, and i have to go buy benadryl, we had some in the house, never used but expired, so off we go to the store.
