Unfortunately, he peed in the house yesterday while we were home. I'm so damn confused and frustrated. I had been doing stuff around the house and he'd been following me around but he always follows me around. I've started training him with a bell on the back door so hopefully we can figure this all out soon.

Like we had talked about before, I think you're essentially potty training him all over, which is going to take a long time at his age. The bell is a great idea and might be just what he needs!
And if it makes you feel any better, Clancy peed all over the porch yesterday bec he couldn't hold it anymore and I was totally ignoring his signals.
