Food. Fitness.Family. Goals

What are you goals for food, fitness & family this week?

 

Food-Stay under the calorie goal from MFP. Monday-Turkey meatloaf, Tuesday-Left over Chicken Veg. marinara, Wednesday- Out for Mexican, Thursday- Chicken Orzo soup, Friday- Chicken Chipotle Tacos

 

Fitness- Monday- 30m elliptical, Tuesday- walk with stroller pushing kid I babysitt, Wednesday- Zumba, Thursday- Cardio Weight Class, Friday- Zumba

 

Family- stay on top of our laundry this week so I am not running load after load Sunday!!!

    Food: Stay under my calorie goals for MFP. Increase fruits & veggies. Monday - Roasted Chicken, Tuesday - Omelets, Wednesday - Chicken soup, Thursday - Leftover chicken with pasta, Friday - Leftovers

    Fitness: Walk around the neighborhood at least 30 minutes 3 times this week. On the days I don't walk, I want to do a 15-30 minute circuit.

    Family: Stay on top of laundry and spend more quality time with my husband.

    Food:  stay under goals M-F, only have a cheat MEAL on Saturday night (not all day)... Mon: baked potato grilled cheese; Tues: chicken, bacon, rice soup; Wed: savory French toast and sausage; Thurs: southwestern veggie pizza; Fri: pasta with butternut squash

    Fitness: gym for 30+ mins Mon-Thurs with work girls. Alternate walking, elliptical, and arc trainer - leg weights Mon, abs Tues, 30 Min Room (full body) Wed, arms Thurs

    Family: get the house as organized/cleaned as possible before my parents come on Saturday!!

    Food: Learn my lesson from the McDonalds fiasco yesterday and keep my cravings in check. Go back to eating clean, whole, holistic foods for the week. :)

    Fitness: Hit the elliptical at least 3 times this week, last week I got a tad lazy. Also, do my WHOLE strength training routine this week. I'm also adding the 200 squats challenge, because that one more than any of the others (100 pushups, 200 situps, etc) feels like it's sticking its tongue out at me taunting me, lol.

    Family: Finish the other half of my dang Christmas cards and mail them already, god that's embarrassing! I've been putting them off because up until the other day, I didn't have any money to buy stamps to mail the rest. Blah.

  • Goals, those are things I should have.  Right?

     Food: Stay reasonably within my MFP calories.  (Sometimes I eat alot of protein, and that has a lot of calories in it) Meals: Salmon cakes with a salad, Chicken with Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin, Chicken "Noodle" Soup, Chicken Tenders with Curried Cauliflower, Meatloaf with Roasted Carrots.

    Fitness: Workout at least 30 minutes 4 times this week.  Most likely 30DS with DH in the mornings.

    Family: Start the de-cluttering of the apartment to get ready to move.  Do the laundry during the week. Start cleaning up the apartment. 

  • Food: Stay under the calories on MFP.  Tomorrow night is my Grandma's birthday dinner at Olive Garden so this outta be fun!

    Fitness: 30DS as many days as possible.  Tonight I finished Day 8 of Level 1, so I'll move to Level 2 this week

    Family: I agree with the laundry theme-- DH asked me this morning how much I thought a once a week maid would be.  I asked why?  Our house is very clean, and he said to do the laundry.... I guess that's my cue!!

  • Food:  Stay at my calorie goal.   I'm not sure what we are eating yet this week.  I haven't gone grocery shopping and we literally have nothing to eat!  I'm falling way behind on this one.  Possibly:  Monday:  Baked Chicken breasts with veggies; Tuesday: Beef Stroganoff; Wednesday: Spaghetti; Thursday:  not sure, we always go to a family dinner with people from church and it varies what I make and what other people bring (that's usually my cheat day); Friday: Pork Chops and veggies

     

    Fitness:  Couch to 5k, Week 2 on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.  Zumba on Tuesday;  I'll probably also run on Wednesday and Saturday

     

    Family:  Clean the apartment and spend a good quality day with H on Saturday.  Just me and him

  • Food: No fast food at all. Finalize my weekly meal plan.

    Fitness: MWF get into the gym. I'm still sore from yesterday though.

    Family: Keep the house clean for the week. Get Klondike's new cage ordered. Finish my Valentine's day wreath.

  • Food: Stay around my calories on MFP (+/- 100 calories) Sit down and make my weekend menu for next weekend (H is really liking this) Stick to what I bring to work for lunch and dinner, no going out for lunch or hitting the vending machine, not even for a diet coke! 

    Fitness: Work out at least 5 days this week. Monday- c25k, Tuesday- HIIT on treadmill,  Wednseday- c25k, Thursday- gym with my friend hopefully, Friday- gym,Saturday- either gym or something at home depending if DH makes any plans, Sunday- rest.  

    Family- keep apartment clean this week (I swear DH is a tornado, there is alway a mess where ever he has been, lol) Spend time with mom on Friday. We are going for hair cuts and pedicures on Friday morning, then I am going to take her for lunch. Spend time with H Saturday, hoping for a date night.  Also try to respond to fire calls this week if I can, my fire house family apparently miss me. I went on a call the other day and was attacked with hugs from my favorite men besides H.

  • Food: Pack my lunch everyday (except 1 so I can get sushi), no caffeine, no soda. Monday- breakfast for dinner (poached eggs, veggie sausage, potatoes) Tuesday- spaghetti and salad Wed- something mexican (black beans, avocado, salsa) Thurs- stirfry (tofu & veggies) Friday- baked whitefish

    Fitness: Yoga today after work and Saturday morning. Walk the dog minimum of 30 minutes 2 days after work. Do Jillian Michaels or Beachbody workout videos 2 mornings before work.

    Family: Dry cleaning, laundry, deep clean the bedrooms or wash all of the windows and blinds - whichever is leftover will be done next week. Spend more quality time alone with DH, we were too busy with friends and family last week and all weekend.

     I have been locking my wallet in my center console of my car so I don't have money at work. This has been my only savior for not hitting the vending machine. I will not leave my office, walk out of the building, into the parking lot and back just to get a snack! If I had money in my desk...I WOULD get a snack not packed and accounted for.
