Therapist recommendation bergen/passiac?
I need to start looking into talking to someone about my anxiety, but also think Dh and I need to re-learn how to communicate now that we have an 18 month old to chase around.
If you see someone or know someone that you like and feel comfortable with can I have their name? This isn't something I want to just pick out of the phone book and find doctor websites don't indicate personalities.
