If you eat hummus what kind do you like?!
I'm trying to like hummus..I really am. I can't seem to find a good one. Any recommendations?

Mangia! My Family Table
Do tell! I'd be willing to make it...care to share?!
Roasted Garlic, Spinach and Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper, all by whatever brand has the red top. I eat them with bagel chips, so that might defeat the purpose, but I lvoe it!
2 cans garbanzo beans/chick pea
Tahini Paste- found in any supermarket
Roasted Garlic if you want
Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil...
Process in food processor..easy peasy.
Google and you'll find a ton of recipes.

Sabra is good
Sabra brand is pretty good- very creamy. Trader Joe's makes an awesome roasted red pepper. They also have a layered hummus that is to die for- I think it has regular, red pepper and cilantro. The cilantro is divine- but they don't sell it on it's own.
Homemade is awesome, though. I don't know why I don't make it more often! I suppose I could even make my own cilantro hummus!
This is the one I use... It usually needs more oil than listed. I either use roasted red peppers or sun dried tomatoes. This is a request at every party I go to along with the Salsa recipe I have from Poineer Woman ( because I can make it not spicy for us wimps)
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe - How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
we make our own too, this recipe except i add a bunch of lemon juice, some paprika, and cumin. and we dont roast the garlic, i just throw it in the food processor in chunks.
when we cant make our own, we buy sabra brand.
Sabra Lucious Lemon or Roasted Red Pepper. The Spicy one is good too, if you like spice.
Agreed. This is pretty much what I do, except I halve the quantity. I only use one can at a time.....
