has anyone been there? how's the food? we're looking for a place to have a 70th bday party.....are the prices reasonable?

I went there for a baby shower about 3 years ago. The food was decent, however they put WAY too many people in a very small room (it was the front room with windows facing the road). The chairs were so close together they were touching and it was very difficult to get up out of your chair without disturbing the person next to you and getting all up in their business. I'm not sure if this was the fault of the hall or the host putting too many people in the room but either way that is really what I remember from the shower- not the food or the experience.
If you do book there, I would just make sure you aren't putting too many people in a too small room!
